Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Afro Tennis Club websites and the Afrotennis Club apps. By creating an account, applying for membership, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The club & the apps

ATC provides membership, events, court booking, tickets, and related community features. Some features require an active membership or paid ticket. Availability of courts and events can change.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, violate club rules, or create risk for members or staff.
• You may delete your account from Account settings. Paid history may be retained as required for accounting.

Membership, tickets & payments

• Membership tiers (including Courtside, Baseline, and Grand Slam where offered) set access and benefits described at purchase time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid checkouts may open in your device browser rather than inside the app.
• Tickets and court bookings are subject to event or court rules, cancellations, and capacity limits. Refunds follow club and Stripe processes where applicable.

Conduct

Treat members, guests, and staff with respect on and off court. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, or misuse of the platform is not allowed.

Optional health features

Connecting Apple Health or Health Connect is optional. Insights such as “Your Year” are informational only and not medical advice.

Intellectual property

ATC branding, content, and software are owned by Afro Tennis Club or its licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer the apps except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

Tennis and club activities involve inherent risk. Participate within your ability. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or in the app.
